Every now and then I visit the Uetliberg, Zurich’s landmark mountain, for sunrise. For the last Saturday the weather forecast was perfect: Fog in the valleys, clear sky above. So I left up at 5:30 a.m. to catch the sunrise. And it was perfect! Stunning colors in the sky and on the fog. And the best: I had the place on the look-out for me alone to move around an looking fot the best positions. Just shortly after sunrise some other photographers showed up, one of them with an old Hasselblad 503CW so I felt a little bit nostalgia about my own Hasselblad 501C (which I own no longer). I remember that my first photo-trip with my brandnew Hassi was also on the Uetliberg! And these pictures, taken on Fuji Provia 100 slides I still have in my archive. Not because they were so excellent but just because of – nostalgia… 🙂
